20/20/20
20/20/20 is a motivational fun class!!! Good for all levels of fitness and lets you work at your own fitness levels as there are alternate exercise for all different intensity’s.
20/20/20 consists of:
20 minutes of old school aerobic routines including old favour steps such as Grapevines and box step, getting your heart rate up whilst having fun.
20 minutes Free Style Combat routines, with punches and kicks this cardio exercise is both enjoyable and effective, improving both core strength and cardio fitness.
20 minutes of body weight toning exercise, from squats, push ups and core exercises, this part of the class is to help tone your body and strengthen your core.
Class is suitable for ages 14 + years
Please Bring Towel or Exercise Mat to class for floor work
HIIT 45 Burn & Tone
HIIT 45 Burn & Tone Class is 45 minutes of High Intensity and Toning Interval Training, this class is set out in a HIIT circuit with both Cardio, Strength and Toning exercises.
Set to push your limits with short intervals of intense cardio and strength exercise from mountain Climbers, push ups and Kettlebell exercises all design to get your heart rate pumping 💪
This Class burns fat rapidly and improve your cardio & Strength fitness!!!

A fun varied class that changes weekly!
A station circuit workout designed to improve cardio fitness and Tone the body ! Suitable for all levels of fitness!!! Work at your own level and compete against yourself!

FREESTYLE STEP
Freestyle Step is a fun motivational step workout! A choreographed routine to music to raise your heart rate and burn calories !!! Step is a fun class that will not only improve your fitness, but will also your coordination and it’s great fun.
Class suitable for 14 years +
Friday Ab Attack
This is a 30 minute class of Core strengthening exercises!!! It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.
Please bring a mat for floor work.
Box & Tone Circuit Training
This Box & Tone Circuit Class is a great fun Boxing workout Designed to not only improve your Cardiovascular fitness but body conditioning and Endurance too!!!
Laid out in Circuit format using Boxing training exercises such as boxing 🥊, skipping, press ups it allows you to work at you own Fitness Level, aiming to gradually improve and develop your cardio fitness, Endurance and muscular Strength.
With Class plans changing regularly this class does not give your bodies fitness levels time to Plateau and also keeps the class fun and varied.
Suitable for 15 years +
£5 a class
All persons under 15 years need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
